Welcome attendees, assist with registration, provide directions, and help activities run smoothly.
A National Week Powered by Community
Canada Open Source Week will depend on volunteers from across the country. Some will help at the main event in Saskatoon, while others will support local activities, outreach, communications, or online participation. Technical experience is helpful for some roles, but it is not required to make a meaningful contribution.
Outreach and Promotion
Promote the week, connect with local communities, and contribute to social media outreach.
Technical Support
Help with audiovisual systems, online delivery, demonstrations, installations, and basic troubleshooting.
Language and Content
Support translation, writing, photography, video, or documentation of campaign activities.
No assignment is automatic. This pre-registration helps us understand your interests and availability. Our team will contact you when roles, schedules, and requirements are confirmed.
