IPFire is a professional-grade, hardened Linux distribution optimized to function as a standalone firewall and security platform. Powered by Linux Netfilter and Netfilter-based stateful packet inspection, it utilizes network segmentation through role-based zones (Red, Green, Blue, Orange).
