Free Refurbished Computers

The Linux Association of Canada collects donated hardware, refurbishes it with open-source Linux software, and distributes it free of charge to schools, non-profits, libraries, and community organizations across Canada.

How It Works

From donation to delivery — here's the process

1

Hardware Donated

Community members and businesses donate used computers and laptops to our program.

2

Refurbishment

Our volunteers wipe, repair, and install a stable Linux distribution on each machine.

3

Application Review
