About This Event

YYC DataCon is built by members of the local data community who care about doing the work well. As a volunteer-run organization, we create space for thoughtful, practitioner-led conversations about data, analytics, applied AI, and digital transformation across industries. YYC DataCon is where real-world experience is shared openly and where ideas are tested against practice, not theory.
YYC DataCon is more than a series of talks. It is a professional gathering where people share real experiences, challenge one another constructively, and learn from both success and failure. You will meet peers who are building, deploying, and managing data systems in real environments. The goal is not just to listen, but to engage, ask better questions, and strengthen how data work is done across our region.
