DevOps with (GitHub Actions)

DevOps with (GitHub Actions) Location: Halifax, NS (Hybrid - 4 Days Onsite/Week) Fulltime Job Description: • Support app teams to migrate from Jenkins, RLM or manual deployment to GitHub Actions • Troubleshoot and resolve DevOps-related issues • Create and debug CI/CD pipeline stages and workflows • Implement automation/configurations for successful integration • Write POM and Settings from scratch and work with various code bases • Set up GitHub Actions workflows, execution and runners Must-have: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Diploma in IT with equivalent experience • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines • Experience creating and debugging pipeline stages • Strong understanding of build systems and project types (Maven, NPM, PyPi, .NET, MSBuild) • Ability to write POM and Settings files from scratch • GitHub Actions workflows, execution, and runners • Experience with tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitOps, Artifactory, SonarQube, Terraform, UCD, Ansible • Jenkins pipelines (Declarative, Multibranch, Maven pipelines) • Troubleshooting Jenkins failures and configuration issues • SonarQube configuration and usage • CD tools like Terraform, UCD • Ansible for configuration and deployment • Docker and containerization (Dockerfiles, commands) • Kubernetes (clusters, namespaces, PV/PVC, Helm charts, kubectl deployments) • Troubleshooting Kubernetes issues (pods, logs, nodes, events)
