We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize embedded software systems, playing a key part in shaping our software architecture and driving hardware bring-up initiatives. Architecting and developing robust embedded software solutions Optimize software for performance, reliability and maintainability Develop and maintain containerized environments and Linux packaging pipelines Experience with board/system bring-up and hardware-software integration Contributing technical leadership across the product lifecycle Provide technical leadership throughout the product development lifecycle Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Expert-level proficiency in C++, with a strong command of modern best practices and performance-conscious development ~ Hands-on experience building, deploying, and optimizing Docker containers and Debian/Linux packages Asset/Nice to Have Experience with SONiC (Software for Open Networking in the Cloud) Demonstrated success in software bring-up on new or custom hardware platforms System and product-level experience in a technical lead capacity Contributing to open-source projects Flexible time off A workplace built for you: free gym, games room, prayer room Subsidized meals, free coffee/tea The salary range for this position is $110,625 - $149,675 CAD (Flexible).
