Hybrid Data Platform Engineer at Tecsys

We are looking for an experienced Data Platform Engineer (DevOps) to be a pivotal part of our TecsysIQ Data & AI team. This role involves building and maintaining a cloud data platform, managing infrastructure-as-code, and working with application developers and product owners to enhance CI/CD processes. If your expertise includes Terraform and Spark Structured Streaming, this exciting role could be perfect for you. Key Responsibilities: • Provision AWS and Databricks accounts using Terraform • Manage Kubernetes Jobs and Helm charts effectively • Build Docker images and optimize the Java/Maven pipeline • Develop and maintain real-time data streaming pipelines • Collaborate closely with Agile teams on data products Requirements: • Hands-on experience with Databricks and Apache Spark • Strong Terraform skills for cloud infrastructure management • Proficiency in Python (PySpark) and/or Java • Knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm for containerization • Ability to work in Agile environments Leverage your DevOps and data engineering skills to drive innovation at Tecsys.
