Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain telecommunications systems, including PBX, VoIP gateways, and unified communications platforms. Monitor system performance, conduct regular maintenance, and implement upgrades to ensure optimal functionality and security. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to voice and data communication systems, providing timely support to end-users. Manage user accounts, extensions, and call routing configurations, ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications systems administration or a closely related role. Hands-on experience with PBX systems, VoIP technologies (SIP, H.323), and unified communications platforms (e.g., Cisco CallManager, Avaya, Microsoft Teams Voice). Proficiency in network protocols relevant to telecommunications, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to issue resolution.
