The ideal candidate will combine software engineering, DevOps, cloud, automation, and AI platform expertise to deliver scalable and reliable solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and operate enterprise AI and Generative AI platforms • Develop scalable LLMOps and MLOps frameworks for model deployment, monitoring, versioning, evaluation, and governance • Build reusable AI services including Prompt Management frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, embedding and vector search services, AI gateways, inference APIs, and Agentic AI orchestration frameworks • Develop value-added services integrated with existing DevOps platforms • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, TypeScript, Python, Groovy, and Jenkins • Coach application teams on DevOps and AI platform capabilities • Promote developer experience, automation, and engineering best practices • Participate in proof-of-concept initiatives, new tool adoption, and technology evaluations • Continuously evolve DevOps and AI services to meet application team requirements • Collaborate with Capital Markets technology teams to deliver production-class solutions • Troubleshoot platform issues and support reliable production operations Required Qualifications • 2+ years of software development experience using Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, C/C++, or similar languages • Strong Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience • Experience with application and system design patterns • Hands-on experience with Docker or Kubernetes • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum • Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices • Experience with AI/Generative AI platforms and Large Language Models (LLMs) • Knowledge of RAG, vector search, embeddings, AI inference, and model lifecycle management • Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Nice-to-Have Qualifications • Experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana • Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and UrbanCode Deploy • Experience with Azure or AWS • Experience building or supporting distributed applications • Experience with LLMOps, MLOps, AI governance, and model evaluation • Financial Services or Capital Markets experience Key Skills AI Platform Engineering, Generative AI, LLMs, LLMOps, MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Python, TypeScript, Groovy, Java, Docker, Kubernetes, RAG, Vector Search, Embeddings, AI Gateway, Inference APIs, Agentic AI, Azure, AWS, Elasticsearch, Kibana Job Type: Full Time Required Skills Annotation Specialist Cloud Developer DevOps Engineer
