Software Developer - PHP

Responsibilities • Shape and evolve the platform ecosystem for integrations, use cases, and extensibility. • Architect and build systems that process high volumes of transactions. • Design, implement, and support scalable fault-tolerant systems that minimize customer impact during failures. • Contribute to the transition toward a microservice-oriented architecture. • Build, support, and maintain production-grade code. • Own features end to end across backend, frontend, data, infrastructure, and delivery. • Use coding agents for bounded tasks and delegate feature-sized work while maintaining design intent, test strategy, and merge quality. Requirements • At least 5 years of relevant experience. • Strong working knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL. • Experience developing solutions in various programming languages. • Knowledge of web service technologies and building REST and GraphQL APIs. • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end business solutions. • Written and spoken French and English. • Strong product mindset and production-grade software development fundamentals. • Ability to make trade-offs, unblock others, and determine when to work deeply on a task versus partnering with specialists.
