Anubis is a firewall utility for web servers that "weighs the souls" of HTTP requests to prevent AI and bot traffic from taking up the bandwidth of small organizations. Anubis has seen adoption in a number of open source projects where it is being used to protect source repositories.

HOL Guard is local-first runtime control for AI agents. Installed on the machine, it can gate shell, secrets and file reads, MCP server changes, and plugin or skill installs, then route risky actions through local approvals and receipts. CANARIE manages the Canadian Access Federation (CAF), which provides open-source Shibboleth identity federation infrastructure enabling single sign-on for over 300 Canadian universities, colleges, and research institutions. Their open tools and configuration guides are publicly available.

dwave-system is an API for easily incorporating D-Wave quantum computers as a sampler in the Ocean software stack, directly or through the Leap service’s cloud-based hybrid solvers. It includes DWaveSampler, a dimod sampler that accepts and passes system parameters such as system identification and authentication down the stack, StrideHybridSolver, for Leap’s Stride™ hybrid solver, and others. It also includes several useful composites—layers of pre- and post-processing—that can be used with DWaveSampler to handle minor-embedding, optimize chain strength, etc.
