This role is hands-on and client-focused. You will support advanced troubleshooting, mentor junior technicians, and help standardize and improve service operations across all client environments. You will be expected to take ownership of issues, deliver timely resolutions, and ensure systems are secure, stable, and optimized. Key Responsibilities • Act as Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex technical issues • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced problems across servers, networks, endpoints, and cloud platforms • Support and maintain Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID) • Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and escalations within SLA targets • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes • Assist with client onboarding, migrations, and upgrades • Maintain and improve system performance, reliability, and security • Support backup and disaster recovery systems (Veeam or equivalent) • Document solutions, processes, and client environments clearly • Collaborate with the service desk and project teams to ensure consistent delivery • Mentor junior technicians and contribute to their technical growth • Identify opportunities to standardize and improve client environments Technical Requirements • 3–5+ years of experience in technical support within an MSP or similar environment • Strong experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure) • Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls) • Experience with endpoint management and security tools • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam preferred) • Experience with RMM and PSA tools (e.g., NinjaOne, Atera, ConnectWise, etc.) • Strong PowerShell or scripting skills is an asset • Experience supporting hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud) General Skills • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Clear and professional communication with clients and team members • High accountability and ownership of issues • Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities efficiently • Detail-oriented with focus on quality and resolution • Team player with willingness to support and mentor others • Continuous learner with interest in improving technical skills • Alignment with EOS structure and accountability practices Additional Information • All offers of employment are subject to a satisfactory criminal record check • Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted Pay: From $65,000.00 per year Benefits: • Casual dress • Company events • Dental care • Extended health care • Flexible schedule • Mileage reimbursement • On-site parking • Paid time off • Tuition reimbursement • Vision care Ability to commute/relocate: • Chilliwack, BC V2P 4N9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: • MSP: 3 years (required) Licence/Certification: • Driving Licence (required) • Microsoft Certifications (preferred) Work Location: In person
