Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and support Python-based applications and services. • Build and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations. • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and support. • Build AI-powered backend services • Design scalable APIs • Develop reusable components • Build RAG-based applications • Integrate MCP servers • Deploy applications using containerized environments Must-Have Skills • 5+ years Software Engineering with Python • End-to-End Software Development (Full SDLC) • System Design • Python • FastAPI / Flask • REST APIs & Microservices • System Design & Component-Based Architecture • LangChain / RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) • MCP (Model Context Protocol) / MCP Servers • Google ADK • Agentic AI / GenAI / LLM Applications • PySpark • PostgreSQL / SQL • Docker / Containerization • CI/CD Pipelines • Linux • Event-Driven Architecture / Kafka / MQ • Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) • Banking / Financial Services Domain (Preferred) Education: • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience in a STEM-related field.
