Systems & Network Administrator, Level 3 Saint-Laurent, QC | On-site | Full-time | Reports to: IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager Join Our Team We’re looking for an experienced Systems & Network Administrator, Level 3 to help strengthen and support our Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, and security environments. In this senior, hands-on role, you’ll be a trusted escalation point for complex infrastructure issues and play a key role in keeping our systems secure, reliable, scalable, and well documented. Key Responsibilities · Own the administration, availability, and reliability of core systems, cloud platforms, and network infrastructure. · Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues across Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, security, servers, virtualization, and backup environments. · Strengthen infrastructure security through access controls, identity protection, patching, endpoint protection, vulnerability remediation, and hardening activities. · Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes, including documentation and periodic recovery testing. · Create automation, maintain technical documentation, and provide guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 team members. Our Technical Environment Microsoft 365 & Azure · Entra ID · Windows Server & Linux · VMware & Hyper-V · UniFi · Firewalls & VPNs · Endpoint Security · Backup & DR · PowerShell · ERP Systems What We’re Looking For • 3–5 years in Systems, Network, or Infrastructure Administration. • Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure administration experience. • Solid networking (routing, switching, wireless, VPNs, firewalls). • Hands-on security and identity management experience. • Windows Server, Linux, VMware, and Hyper-V. • PowerShell scripting and automation. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Nice-to-Have Certifications AZ-104 · Microsoft 365 Administrator · CompTIA Security+ · CCNA/CCNP · Veeam VMCE.
