Job Title: Backend Developer (Java and Python) Location: Mississauga, ON Work Arrangement: Hybrid- 3 Days onsite Employment Type: Full-time Domain: BFSI Salary Range: CAD 120K-130K Application Deadline: Sep 30th, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED • 6+ years of professional experience in backend application development using Java and Python. • Strong experience in building scalable backend systems, APIs, microservices, and application integrations. • Develop data processing and reporting solutions, including automated reports and data pipelines. • Design and implement efficient backend workflows and data transformation processes. • Experience integrating backend applications with databases, external systems, and enterprise applications. • Perform application optimization, debugging, performance tuning, and production support. • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code while following backend development best practices.
