Full Job Description
Vision33 is hiring a Cloud Support Consultant to join the TotalCare Support Team in Western Canada. You will manage Tier 2 client incidents across Windows and Linux environments, deploy and optimize AWS setups, and develop automation to improve efficiency.
The role emphasizes rapid triage, SLA adherence, and clear communication with tech and non-technical stakeholders. Candidates should have 5+ years with AWS, strong networking, scripting skills, and a Bachelor degree or equivalent.
