Full Job Description
Vision33 is seeking a Cloud IT Support Consultant for full-time, permanent work in Western Canada. The role sits in the TotalCare Support Team, handling Tier 2 client infrastructure issues across Windows and Linux servers, AWS environments, and related services.
You will triage, diagnose, and resolve incidents while meeting SLAs, maintain automation scripts, and contribute to documentation and best practices within a fast-paced environment.
