Role: Linux-Cloud Administrator
Location: Ottawa, Canada
Duration: 12+ Months
Job Description:
• Cloud Native infrastructure based on Kubernetes/Docker for SW based on micro-services and containers
Requirements:
• Education: B.Sc./B.Eng. in SW engineering or related field - or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated ability of NFVi, working with build labs utilizing virtualization and cloud technology.
• In depth knowledge of Linux OS: (RedHat, openSUSE, Ubuntu, Wind River) Strong experience with virtualization technologies (KVM, VMware, OpenStack).
• Strong experience in hardware management of Dell servers and storage system.
• strong experience in OS deployment using automation tools
• Kubernetes and Docker knowledge, RedHat Open Shift, WR (documented) (installation, config admin, deployment, troubleshooting)
• Proven, hands-on Linux Admin (install, IPv4/IPv6, L1-3 OSI, conf, troubleshooting)
