Senior Full Stack PHP / Laravel Developer – Contract (Possibility Of Converting To Permanent)

Contract Full Time Possible Contract-To-Hire Vancouver, Canada - Remote Background Our client, Silvertip Software, is an established player in the workforce management space for the drilling industry. They are looking for an full-stack PHP / Laravel developer to join their team as a contractor initially with the possibility that it could convert to a full-time, permanent role in the future. You’ll be extending and scaling their latest product called Lantern. This real-time drilling analytics platform is built using the latest version of PHP /Laravel. It provides companies running drilling rigs with time sheets, progress reports, invoicing and productivity statistics. Silvertip Software is a small company in which everyone is a critical member of the team. As a result, you’ll be given ownership of your projects and the autonomy to deliver them. Skills: • 5-7+ years experience with PHP / Laravel • Some experience/exposure to Javascript, CSS / SASS • Unit testing and E2E testing • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Docker and AWS • Experience with Stimulus.js and/or Rails UJS preferred About The Company Since the pandemic we have become a fully remote company where the entire team works from home.
