Their open-data and open-software initiatives are publicly available via the Government of Canada's open resource portal.

The AIA is a questionnaire designed to help you assess and mitigate the impacts associated with deploying an automated decision system. The AIA helps identify the impact level of your automation project under the Directive on Automated Decision-Making. Completion and release of an AIA is required by the Directive.
