Emmabuntüs is a desktop Linux distribution with editions based on Debian's Stable branch with both the Xfce and LXQt desktop environments available. It strives to be beginner-friendly and reasonably light on resources so that it can be used on older computers. It also includes many modern features, such as large number of pre-configured programs for everyday use, dockbar for launching applications, easy installation of non-free software and media codecs, and quick setup through automated scripts. In addition, this distribution addresses accessibility issues, for both installation and day to day usage, and includes a large set of applications supporting visually impaired people. The distribution supports English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish languages.

EN-OS is an Arch Linux-based distribution with a customised KDE Plasma as the preferred desktop and a large range of KDE-centric software, including the Calligra office suite and KDE Gear set of applications. Designed for the desktop, it also includes the Calamares system installer and a good selection of popular applications for work, multimedia and development.

Endless OS is a Linux-based operating system which provides a simplified and streamlined user experience using a customized desktop environment forked from GNOME 3. Rather than using a traditional Linux package management system, Endless OS uses a read-only root filesystem managed by OSTree with application bundles overlaid on top.

Escuelas Linux is a complete, live operating system offering a range of educational software aimed at pupils and students, from preschools to high schools. It is based on Bodhi Linux, a Debian-based distribution with a desktop called "Moksha" (a continuation of the Enlightenment 17 window manager). Escuelas Linux provides one user account that is completely configured, with all included educational applications configured and ready for use. It also includes a "RestoreUser" function to easily restore all applications to their default settings, as well as a "ReinstateUser" functionality which can be used to clean an account by deleting all files created by a user. The distribution is available for the i386 and x86_64 computers, in Spanish and English variants.

Essora Eos is a set of desktop Linux distributions based either on Debian's "Stable" branch or Devuan, featuring the lightweight JWM or Openbox window managers or the heavyweight KDE Plasma desktop environment. The Devuan edition uses the OpenRC init system. The distribution aims to be clean, minimal, fast and customisable, with only the essential tools installed by default. Essora Eos uses the Calamares system installer and provides a custom graphical configuration utility called "Essora Control Centre".

EterTICS GNU/Linux is a specialist operating system designed for community radios, principally the ones broadcasting in Latin America. It is based on Devuan and uses the Calamares system installer and the LXQt desktop environment. The distribution comes with a large range of specialist software used in radio broadcasting, such as automation tools (G-Radio, Raboms), audio editors (Audacity, Ardour), streaming applications (Butt, OBS Studio, Darkice), security and privacy tools (Tor, KeePassXC, Signal), as well as a long list of audio utilities, including audio and codecs analyzers, converters, mixers, recorders and related tools and plugins. It supports Spanish, Portuguese and English languages.
